Beautiful Brand New 'Lodge-Like' house, just 2 doors down from its twin 'The Gables' (VRBO prop # 182739), our other home that we rent out. Renting both of these would make for an incredible family reunion, a great company retreat, and wedding!

Home is 3200sf 'lodge-like' architecturally designed home in the heart of desirable Roads End in Lincoln City. Private stairs to the sand accessed from beautiful patio and two additional spacious decks overlooking the beach. Extensive wood interior with huge beams throughout the home, 2 large gasburning river rock fireplaces and expansive living areas on both floors, as well as extra wide hallways and stairways, all add to the spacious 'lodge-like' feel of this beautiful home. Large kitchen with granite counter tops and island opens to indoor and outdoor dining and living areas - all with panoramic breathtaking ocean views. Home has washer/dryer set downstairs along with a 2nd set upstairs. Large flat screen TV/DVD on both floors. Nice leather furniture and top of the line accommodations and amenities are provided throughout the home for your enjoyment and convenience.

Main level is fully wheelchair accessible, however, has not been officially been approved as ADA compliant. Main level is complete with a queen bedroom, and convenient bathroom, living, dining, and kitchen areas in close proximity.

Upper level includes 6 sleeping rooms (5 bedrooms + 1 den w/ sleeper sofa) , 5 bathrooms, and bonus living area. There are two master bed/bath suites, each with a King bed and private bath. Two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, fourth additional bedroom is a bunk room with 3 twin beds and 1 double bed, and the sixth room is a den with a leather memory foam sleeper sofa. The large bonus room has expansive ocean views, includes 2 full futons for additional sleeping, and a large deck overlooking the beach. This home is equipped with two washer & dryers (1 on the main level, and 1 on the upper level).

A ping pong table is available, and accessed from the outside lower level patio. A large supply of games, books and movies are provided for your enjoyment as well.

POLICY NOTE: 50% down at the time of reservation, w/ balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please be sure your travel plans are firm, as there will be NO REFUNDS given, unless the owner is able to rebook the property for the same dates and rates. We are unable to offer any refunds due to weather or acts of nature, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Travel insurance is highly recommended due to our no refund policy!

  1. If there has been any smoking
  2. If there is any dog hair from an unauthorized pet
  3. The number of guests exceeds the agreed upon and authorized number
  4. There is an event without pre-authorization and notification


CORONA VIRUS:
During the Corona Virus pandemic time period, Classic Northwest Retreats will not be held responsible if anyone (either staying/sleeping at the house, or when visiting guests that have rented the house) contracts Covid-19 at any time afterwards. While our cleaning products and protocols meet both CDC standards and Lincoln City rules/requirements, all visitors and guests stay at all of our properties at their own risk. Please let Classic Northwest Retreats know if you have any questions.

NUMBER OF GUESTS:
Please be sure to let Classic Northwest Retreats know the number of guests in your group. If a guest fails to disclose to the owner/manager that there will be more than 16 people in your group-either staying overnight or visiting- they will automatically lose their refundable damage deposit. There will also be an automatic loss of the damage deposit if a guest plans to hold an event at the house and has not disclosed this information to Classic Northwest Retreats. Communication regarding your plans is of the utmost importance. Please let us know if you have any questions.

          Booking available up to one year in advance or more for summer, holidays, and non-peak dates with a minimum of 3-night stay. Booking is available four months in advance for 2 night stays during non-peak dates.

          50% down at time of reservation, w/ balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please be sure that your travel plans are firm, as there will be NO REFUNDS given, unless the owner is able to re-book the same dates, for the same rates. Special circumstances will be considered.
